Currently we ship from our warehouse in Italy to all the European countries.

Shipping in Italy

We offer standard UPS delivery on all orders in Italy. You will be charged 4.95 € (including VAT) per order. Unless otherwise stated in the description, the item will be delivered within 48 hours after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Free standard delivery is offered on orders over €90.

After Delivery Attempt

If you're expecting a package, but you've missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.

The UPS InfoNotice® lets you know that we tried but were unable to deliver your package.

Using your UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Just log in to ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking field on the ups.com homepage or the Tracking page.

With either of these options, you can request one of the following:

  • Collect My Package from a UPS Location: Have your package held at a UPS location such as a UPS Access Point location or a UPS Customer Centre.
  • Deliver My Package to Another Address: Have your package delivered to another address when you will not be home.
  • Deliver My Package on Another Day: Have your package delivered on a different day.
EU Shipping

We offer standard UPS delivery on all order in the EU. You will be charged 9.95 € (including VAT) per order. Unless otherwise stated in the description, the item will be delivered within 4 – 5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Returning a Purchase

At MIRAI, we only work with florists who take the utmost care in preparing your bouquets. If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your bouquet, please direct all complaints to support@mirai.flowers. If the complaint is due to substandard or incorrect flowers, we will require photographic evidence to support the claim. Our customer service team will then assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours.

Once your return request is authorized, please do follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

  • Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories and that the return box is safely sealed.
  • Attach the Return Label you received from our customer service to the outside of the box and contact the courier.
  • The courier will pick up the parcel on the date you selected. You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
  • Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible.
Return conditions

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
  • The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation
  • Gift items can be returned by contacting the person who sent you the gift or, if you prefer, through our Customer Care at support@mirai.flowers
Refund Timing
  • Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
  • The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
  • You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
