Currently we ship from our warehouse in Italy to all the European countries. Please note that delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.

Standard delivery time in Italy: 1 - 3 business days after processing and shipping. Free shipping for all orders in Italy with UPS or DHL.
Standard delivery time in EU countries: 4 - 5 business days after processing and shipping. We offer standard UPS and Fedex delivery on all orders in the EU. You will be charged 9.95 € (including VAT) per order.
Please note working days are Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.
After Delivery Attempt
If you're expecting a package, but you've missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.
You can reschedule the delivery of your package just logging in to ups.com or dhl.com and entering your number in the Tracking field on the website homepage or the Tracking page.
With either of these options, you can request one of the following:
- Collect My Package from a UPS/ DHL Location
- Deliver My Package to Another Address: Have your package delivered to another address when you will not be home.
- Deliver My Package on Another Day: Have your package delivered on a different day.
Lost parcels
If you still haven’t received your parcel within 5 days after being notified about its shipment (and receiving the tracking link), and/or if you cannot find any further updates on your tracking link, please contact us at support@mirai.flowers and we will open an investigation with the courier. Please note that this may take up to 15 working days, after which you will receive the item or a refund.
Parcels delivered but not received
If the tracking link shows that your parcel has been delivered to the address we have been provided during the purchase process (or later on), but you have not received it:
- If other people live with you at the same address, check to see if they picked up the package or refused delivery.
- If you live in an apartment building with concierge service, check to see if the package is with the concierge. Alternatively, please check with your neighbors in case the parcel has been delivered next door.
- Please contact us at support@mirai.flowers and we will open an investigation with the courier. This may take up to 15 working days.
MIRAI cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property, in case the proof of delivery provided by the couriers states that the parcel has been correctly delivered at the given address.
Returns
We believe in treating our customers the same way we’d treat our closest friends. So if something isn't 100% perfect, our Customer team will always go the extra mile to make it right.
At MIRAI, we only work with florists who take the utmost care in preparing your bouquets. If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures to support@mirai.flowers.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
To request your return please send an email to support@mirai.flowers.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Pack the items in the order box and stick the pre-paid UPS/ DHL label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Italy.
- Call the courier to organise pick-up/drop-off within 14 days.
You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Please note it is not possible to return or to request exchanges for bespoke flower arrangements.
Please note e-gift cards are non-returnable items.
Refund timing
Items shipped to our warehouse will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
